summary
Quick orientation to the schedule and concrete community changes: the conference runs as a one‑and‑a‑half track split between ballroom 5 (case studies + real-world FDB) and ballroom 8 (internals + layer development); per‑talk forum threads will be opened to continue discussions and help discovery; a community chat on OpenLand (≈300 members) is active and company-backed; an awesome-list transferred to the FoundationDB org now indexes projects; forums add a new "using layers" category to surface layer work and reduce duplication.
