summary

Conference opens with the first live stream of DuckCon, announces Slido QR for audience questions, and lists concrete product metrics: 32 million extension installs last month and 1.8 million unique web visitors per month. Benchmarks show TPCH at scale factor 300 running on a Raspberry Pi and a recent SF30,000 run on a 96‑core machine, arguing single‑node viability. Roadmap items: CSV reader and CLI autocomplete improvements, CI for community extensions, and a focus on lakehouse support.
