Project Browser: Your technical deep dive

Module lives in contrib with a Svelte components frontend compiled to vanilla JS (built with Rollup, moving toward webpack) and served from Drupal so the browser never calls drupal.org directly. Back ends are pluggable source plugins (drupal.org is currently a drupal.org (mocked) JSON fixture; a Drupal 9 API is coming). Browser talks to two proxy endpoints for projects and categories. Installs use Package Manager integration with Package Manager validators to prevent duplicate installs and unwanted core upgrades; fallback shows composer commands.
