Lightning IO
summary
A one-day conference organizes ~50 talks of strictly five-minute slots so a poor talk ends quickly and every attendee becomes a presenter because tickets = slots; the format intentionally flattens hierarchy and promises egalitarian participation. Event date is set for Poznan next month and ticket sales start in about a week with on-sale updates on Twitter. Organizers already confirm the concept and hint at perks like free beer.
