A fully managed HIPAA-eligible service that ingests structured and unstructured records, normalizes them to FHIR v4, and appends indexed JSON with offsets and confidence rather than mutating originals. Import/export uses S3 and FHIR create/update/delete plus search/read/export APIs. Integrates with QuickSight + Glue + Athena + SageMaker for dashboards and modeling. AWS reports 200–300k data points per patient, manual chart extraction can take 3–8 hours, a sample dashboard shows 3,140 encounters, and sepsis/CHF models improve ROC and reduce false negatives and positives.
