Welcome + Opening Remarks
summary
Welcome and orientation emphasizes collecting concrete feedback via a large QR linking to a link tree with Argo CD survey and Argo Workflows survey to surface real pain points in CI/CD, data processing, and event handling. Notes concrete focus areas: Argo CD, Argo Rollouts, progressive delivery and GitOps promotions, and announces an agenda of project updates next. Acts as the room MC for questions and routing and asks attendees to scan and submit issues and improvement requests.
