Women Involvement In Blockchain
summary
Panel argues women enter blockchain through DAOs, compliance roles and education programs and highlights concrete tools: VASEO token as a legal/compliance reserve currency, DAO operational roles and decentralized governance frameworks. Participants recount building communities like Board Ape Ladies (~80 members) and report a stark funding gap — <2% female-founded funding H1 2022 — so the actionable asks are clear: back female-led projects, create onboarding/education pipelines, and measure whether community-led initiatives actually increase founder funding and participation.
